Overview
Mazda needed a bespoke digital experience to support the premium positioning of the CX-90.
Challenge: Deliver a mobile-first, custom landing page that broke from Mazda’s standard templates — aligning cross-functional teams to execute a strategic and technically complex build.
Concept & Development
• Led planning and team coordination across UX, design, and development
• Managed competitive research and content audits to define the strategic direction
• Oversaw prototype development in Adobe XD and managed stakeholder reviews
• Facilitated alignment between creative, product, and digital teams throughout all phases
Execution
• Managed iterative design workflows, A/B testing plans, and review cycles
• Coordinated localization, QA, and dev handoff for smooth execution
• Ensured timely delivery of a fully responsive, performance-optimized page that deviated from the standard CMS structure
